You are our “Visual Storyteller.” While our audio and text bring stories to children’s ears and minds, your visuals showcase Lestori’s mission to parents, schools, and partners. You will plan, shoot, and edit short‑form video and photography that captures our studio sessions, products, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Production: Shoot and edit short videos (reels, behind‑the‑scenes clips, explainer videos) that highlight our literacy and accessibility work.
- Photography: Capture story telling photos of our recording studio, books, team, and events.
- Post‑Production: Edit footage (colour, sound, pacing, subtitles) into polished, shareable content for social media and partners.
- Content Planning: Work with the team to storyboard and plan shoots that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Asset Management: Organise and label photo/video assets so they are easy to reuse across channels.
The Learning Path
- End‑to‑End Production: Experience the full cycle from concept to final exported content.
- Brand Storytelling: Learn to translate an education‑and‑impact mission into compelling visual narratives.
- Production Workflow: Work in a team that also handles text, audio engineering, and project management.
